There is a big cry for the ladies of KwaZulu-Natal, Zee Nxumalo and Naledi Aphiwe, who on Saturday, came back swinging their hands at the Metro FM Music Awards.

This year’s event was held at the ICC, Durban.

Zee was nominated in seven categories and Naledi was nominated in three in this event.

These ladies complained about the lack of justice in these categories that were voted for, as both said it was painful that they did not receive even one award.

Zee said he apologized to his fans who voted, and he is still confused about what happened on Saturday.

“Eish! To my fans who voted, I’m sorry, you know. I still can’t believe it, you know, I thought someone was playing with me about what happened. As hard as it was, I had to brace myself because there were other events I had to attend that night becauseit’s a Game!” said Zee.

Naledi also angered many by criticizing the Ladysmith Black Mambazo group for defeating him, but he pointed out that even though he did not win, he and his fans made a big impact by being nominated alone.

“Thank you to everyone who voted, who campaigned for me and others who stood with me and made sure that my name is heard here, thank you. The support you gave me, I can only say that this is still the beginning and we will continue, more than before.”

Naledi said that he was surprised that Mambazo had won three times, and he suspected that it was voted for by dead people.

Many criticized him for his speech as they accused him of disrespecting and defaming his name in music.

Others told him that it was clear that his supporters did not vote for him as expected.

In this event, there was not much crying except this from these ladies.

People praised the way the event was organized as the sound was at a high level and there was no disturbance.

Even the musicians were performing on stage, there was no disturbance.
