IT ALSO found another suspect Inkosi facing three murder charges, Siphiwe Erick Zuma, his bail application was rejected.

The District Court in Mgungundlovu dismissed the King’s request in the case of the killing of a farmer and the sale of land, Mr. Xolani Ntombela/Ndlovu.

The verdict is out.

This is the second time that Nkosi’s request for bail has been dismissed as he was denied bail in addition to the killing of former DA councillor, Mr. Nhlalayenza Ndlovu.

Magistrate Morné Cannon said there is a high chance that Inkosi will break the terms if he is granted bail.

The magistrate said that Inkosi had previously breached the terms of bail in another murder case against him.

The State made allegations that the King violated the conditions when he was granted bail in the case of the assassination of the former prime minister of the Nxamalala tribe, Mr. Qalokunye Zuma.

The magistrate said that the State was able to show that the King had violated the conditions.

The king was found with a mobile phone in the prison, it is said that he used to call witnesses and other suspects with whom he was arrested.

Yesterday Inkosi also received a letter summoning him to the High Court in Pietermaritzburg where he will face three murder charges.

The trial will begin tomorrow.

In the case of Ndlovu’s murder, Inkosi was arrested along with Thabo Mathonsi Chonco, who is serving a series of sentences including life imprisonment.

It is also arrested together with Mr. Thobani Masobho Hlongwa and Mr. Khayelihle Shabalala.

Chonco and Shabalala have already pleaded guilty to the murder of Ndlovu, and will be sentenced on Tuesday.

In the case of Qalokune’s murder, Inkosi was arrested along with Chonco and Mr. Thembelani Mbatha.

Chonco also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Chonco pleaded guilty to Ntombela’s murder, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
