AS it has been Father’s Day, which is a day to honor the role of fathers in family life, those who were praised for that should be happy and full of heart because they see that they are important and loved.

However, for men who have the problem of not being able to give birth, complete infertility, moments like these cause wounds because they cannot be fathers, because they cannot have children.

Health experts have said that the bad thing about this situation is that it is one of the health conditions that is difficult for many people to talk about freely, while it really hits many men as they are about 40% to 50% who have a problem with it.

According to the Department of Health, this situation is very sensitive to those in love by disturbing them mentally, and making their love unstable – which can make it easy for violence or misunderstandings to occur.

The manager of JustMoney’s customer service department, Ms. Sarah Nicholson, said that as June draws to a close, which is associated with the Men’s Health Awareness campaign, it is important for men to understand such situations and how much they affect their health so that they can be repaired.

What is male infertility?

This is a situation where men cannot reproduce, since in order to be able to reproduce, you need to have enough and healthy sperm that will be able to penetrate the woman properly, and then do its job properly.

If people who love each other do not get pregnant for six months to a full year but have been having unprotected sex, it is recommended that they visit the nearest clinic or see a doctor to see if everything is still going well.

The test involves looking at the health of the man’s sperm, then looking at certain things for the woman, and doing a blood test on the woman and the man to make sure there is nothing that prevents the uterus from sitting.

A study published by Human Reproduction Update in 2017 revealed that there was a 1.4% decrease in men’s sperm, which means a 52.4% decrease in men in general, which is an indication that more and more men are suffering from impotence. That study was conducted in 185 sections on 42,935 men from North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. And recent statistics point to the same problem in this country.

Here are the conditions that commonly cause this problem in men:

  • Low sperm count: It is a lower than necessary number of sperm that must be present for a man to be able to conceive.
  • Poor sperm quality: It means that the sperm produced by a man does not have strength.
  • Varicocele: The growth and proliferation of certain warts in a man’s penis that has a negative impact on his sperm.
  • Infections: Some sexually transmitted diseases can cause this problem.
  • Lifestyle factors: Smoking and drinking too much alcohol, obesity, not eating properly, mental enslavement and other related factors.

There is no simple and appropriate method approved by health professionals to fix and deal with this situation other than seeking help from a clinic or doctors trained in such situations.
