Sundumbili police are investigating two cases of murder after two immigrants were found dead in the Sangweni Isithebe area in the early hours of Sunday 28 June 2026. The information available in this section reveals that the two deceased were leaving a bar drunk when an argument broke out and it was reported that they started stabbing each other.
One deceased was found at the scene of the incident, while the other was found by members of the public a few meters from the scene of the incident. It is believed that he also had multiple stab wounds. A third person who witnessed the incident, who belongs to the same tribe as the deceased, is still being questioned by the police to get more information.
