ISOLO Misuzulu of Zwelithini has appealed for stability and peace as people are scared and confused about what is happening. Mbube said that there must be peace especially as we go to the local elections on November 4.

“Let there be stability and peace in the country, we have supported all the activities of President Cyril Ramaphosa. I know people are anxious, they are scared, but the important thing is that we cooperate. We have no other country, only this one. We hope that things will be alright soon,” said Mbube.

Mbube said this while speaking to DA leaders who were visiting Ngangeze at the palace in Mashobeni, on Tuesday. Although Mbube did not reveal much as he says there should be no stability, but the issue in the headlines is the expulsion of immigrants who have defected to the country. There is a deadline of June 30, for them to be gone.

Mbube said the DA has shown that it is a democratic party.

“We have seen that this party is democratic. This party used to visit the Royal Palace during Mdlokombe’s time. I cannot be accused of supporting the DA, I support all parties that deliver needs to the people.”

Mbube said they need support as he is still young and counted the Prime Minister of Zulu, Reverend Thulasizwe Buthelezi, to support him.

“We are still young and the Prime Minister of Zulu, so we need your support. Please trust me as a young person.”

Silo also praised the Chairman of Feredal in the DA, Mr. Solly Msimang, who is running for mayor of Johannesburg, and said that he will serve the people of that province well.

The leader of the DA, Mr Geordin Hill-Lewis said that they respect the indigenous leadership and said that since the election is coming, they will be campaigning everywhere.

“We have told Silo that we will campaign in his country as well. I was happy to meet Mbube who discussed the matter of building a country.”

He said they want to build a future where young people will find jobs, people will be safe and children will get quality education.

“We can build a country so that people can get what they deserve. I am determined to do this.”
