She WANTS little girls to know more about the culture and origins of the black person Mrs. Nompumelelo Ngcobo who has published a collection of children’s books.

Nompumelelo, who was born in Nkandla in KwaKhanyile village, says that more than ten of his books, known as the Qamata Cultural Series, tell different stories about events such as lmhonye, umemulo, marriage and things related to dowry.

Some books, he said, are more about the environment so that children can learn more about the environment that affects animals, the creation of the earth and so on.

Speaking toOf this country Nompumelelo said he was working in the KwaZulu-Natal Legislative Assembly and when his contract ended he focused on writing about different things.

He says that writing has made him reach international countries including the UK where he was in London, Oxford and Canada and he also traveled to African countries including Uganda.

“I have published many different but related books, I write about things that children should be taught about. I have written books about the growth of a girl and the stages she has to go through. They are eye-opening books about the things girls should read so they know the stages of life they have to go through. Some highlight the beauty of nature that children should know about and how it came about and how we should treat it,” said Nompumelelo.

He said that what he wants is for children to be interested in their origins and to know their origins and now he is still looking for ways to turn all these books into television shows.

“I am still looking for a way to turn all of them into games that will be seen on television and that is the easiest way for them to be seen everywhere. Even in schools, we want all these books to arrive so that children can be taught about things that will benefit them tomorrow. I strongly invite young girls to be diligent in reading and help their parents get books like these,” she said.

He said that he has recently written and presented a book about something that happened to him, as he has just been ordained and that is what he did when he came back from abroad.

The book Struggle for the Spirit – The Return of MaKhumalo He said that it is also a trip that can help many who do not understand the issue of being possessed by spirits, something that he is still busy with but has taught him a lot.
