Faithful SINGER Khaya Mthethwa, who recently left being a broadcaster, says that what she is most determined to do now is to focus on music, being a pastor and her marriage as she recently tied the knot.
Khaya had an interview with Solezwe, at the Mayine Silent Worship Experience event at the weekend and revealed that he does not see himself doing other things now.
He said that there are other things that are more important to him now that he wants to spend his time doing.
“My leaving Gagasi FM is not something that I can say caused problems. It is a decision that I may have taken that I want to leave, so that there are things that I face. Looking at the church as one of its pastors is one of the things that was required of me. And then music is one of the things that I love most that I want to do when I have enough time. Then I face my marriage, I now have a wife and a family so it is one of the things that I focus on,” said Khaya.
He said that next month he and his other colleagues including Oncemore Six will release an extended play (ep).
“The ep will be released first and then the full album will be released. I am very happy with this project as I have worked with my colleagues who have made great contributions to the music of the faith, Takie Ndou and Oncemore Six. I have no doubt that this is music that people will enjoy as it happens when we meet them at concerts. The songs that we have arranged people are enjoying a lot so I still promise them something that they have not expected with this album,” he explained.
Khaya said on his social media pages that fans of his music will find information about his album and EP.
He said that in various religious events, this will be available if there is cooperation between them and their organizers.
