A few years ago, artists in this country went on strike and went to the State Houses, complaining that they were asking for opportunities in different fields, not to hire single people.

They were complaining about different things happening in their field.

Even now those complaints are still there about the use of single people when recording games or music festivals.

In recent years, we have seen the launch of new television recording companies, some of which are owned by famous artists in the country.

These companies are owned by actor Kagiso Modupe Bakwena Production and then by two young menRight Radu and Thomas Gumede iParental Advisory Productions.

Anyone can agree with me that giving these young people opportunities in the field they grew up in is one of the most appropriate things.

These are all former actors, and their opening of companies seems to be something they had to do because they want to grow.

But what they did when they were given great opportunities is shameful.

Not only did they make the actors do a lot of work by eating the money they were paid to film the shows, but the damage they caused is staggering.

In addition, they wasted the channels that were giving them a good profit that they could have made from shows that could have done better in terms of viewership.

These days no one can say that only a few companies are doing well in producing the best games in the country.

Singabala iThe Bomb Production, Tshedza Pictures, Black Brain Pictures neStained Glass.

Now if you can spare some time from SABC1, e.tv and Mzansi Magic these channels only watch the games of these companies.

The main reason for this is that when they are given a job, they entrust it like the weapons of the Ntungwa.

It is really shameful what happened again in the play Pimville, which was only two months after it was shown.

Bakwena Production was given a second chance to show that it made a mistake by wasting money in the first game which ended immediately Pound4Pound due to non-payment of workers.

This is a mistake that no other channel should make.

What happened to Thomas Gumede and Lungile Radu also happened to Kagiso and his team.

Tomorrow, it will not be surprising to hear these people complaining that only companies are given to make games in this country.

But the stations should not be blamed at all for doing that, because they easily escape and spend huge sums of money to create job opportunities.

The stations must look at them and do research on the people they want to work with.
