G Force Employment Solutions, founded by Dr Graham Sabela and Mr Wiseman Ndawo, both of whom are from Hammarsdale, has been chosen as the winner.

This company was listed among the top six in KwaZulu-Natal when it comes to economic development and job creation at the KZN Top Business Awards 2026 held at ICC, Durban on Thursday night.

These awards are sponsored by Standard Bank, the Women of Africa Group in collaboration with East Coast Radio.

These awards recognize companies that contribute to job creation, economic development and more.

Dr Sabela said they were impressed by the number of top six
KwaZulu-Natal.

He stated that this company was established in 2018 with the idea of changing people’s lives using business opportunities.

Their main objective, he said, is to play a major role in changing the economic situation
of KwaZulu-Natal as well as combating the lack of job opportunities.

This appearance of their name in the top six in economic development, he said, means a lot because the judges’ system was not working, but the people were given a unique opportunity to speak for themselves through the vote.

”This clearly shows how much people trust us and believe in what we are doing for our people. Their voting in this way is very encouraging. Thank you, we don’t finish,” he explained.

He said that there is everything they are doing which is always a priority to ensure that the person who gets a job opportunity is able to put bread on the table to chase away the cat from the hearth in his family.

Mr. Ndawo said that their recognition in this way does not mean that it is over and they will continue to work hard so that job opportunities will continue to exist.

He said it is very clear that their main goal is to become one of the biggest companies when it comes to economic development and combating the lack of job opportunities.

”The awards commend us for what we have already done. Now we are looking to the future, we have to start from scratch and work so that we can achieve something better,” he explained.
