VUTHA has been fired by a businessman from Bergville, Mr. Phumlani Khumalo, who claims to have opened a case of burglary and theft against an IFP councilor under the Khahlamba Municipality and the chiefs of the Hlongwane tribe.

Khumalo said what really happened to him, he will tell the crows that a person who is so respected in the community and who has a position would just choose to break into his offices and be in the company of the chiefs of the king.

He stated that his offices are inside the premises of the Khohlamba Municipality.

He said this thing still does not allow him to believe that it really happened. If he narrates the country, he said it was last week when he came to his offices it was broken into, things were messed up.

According to him, they did not just break in, but laptops and computers were also stolen.

”When I got there, I found out that it was badly damaged and that they had broken in and stopped there, and they took the equipment. This act has hurt me a lot, I just don’t want to lie,” he said.

He said that what worries him is that when he looked at the cameras, he was shocked and put his hands on his head, seeing the councilor and the chiefs of the king breaking into his offices.

Khumalo said he did not hesitate, he went to file a case at the local police station but they turned him down. He said that this did not scare him at all because he said that the councilor is a friend of the station manager, and he said that he had to go as far as to open a case at the Mnambithi police station. That’s when he said he was able to open it successfully and without being disappointed when he was asked about the passport and the special offer.

He stated that he does not want to make the mistake of neglecting this issue because he wants to get justice for it.

“Really, I’m still wondering, I’m answering to myself, was this man really, really involved and what was he really thinking that he wouldn’t just do something like this?” he said, sounding like he was shocked.

He told It is a country that these offices of his keep extensive and important information as he has a security company.

Someone who spoke toOf this country then he pulled her by the ear not to reveal him, he said that in these offices that were broken into there is sensitive information that contains documents of corruption carried out by some people using the name of the Khahlamba Municipality.

He said that he has no doubts that this hacking is against this, he said that they will ask for it to be matured because there is a lot more to come on this matter.

When the councilor was contacted, he denied it and lied on his back saying that it was nonsense, it was just being played with. It also pointed to the king’s council, saying that it was the one who knew who had broken into the offices.

The Prime Minister of the Hlongwana tribe, Mr. Mfanafuthi Hlongwane, said they are aware of the matter. He said they don’t like to comment on it too much because they are afraid of disrupting the investigation.

”We are aware of the issue of breaking into offices and municipalities, you know. It was broken into because there are people who defrauded money and went to the council of the king and the municipality,” he said.

KwaZulu Natal police spokesperson, Colonel Robert Netshiunda, confirmed the incident. He said the police in Mnambithi were investigating a case of burglary at the offices of a businessman.

”It turns out that someone broke into the offices. The case is still under investigation,” he said.
