The complaint is 45 pages long and was drawn up by Obakeng Ramobodu, EFF member of the mayor’s committee. In the complaint, a copy of which the DA provided to the media, Ramobodu makes a series of unrelated allegations of misconduct against the Tshwane city manager, Johann Mettler.
