The Nazarene CHURCH prides itself on worshiping in a way that depends on human culture, but this does not mean that it is loved by certain people. In Shembe there is a group of believers from different walks of life and walks of life.

In this 7 million members of this church there are all kinds of people. Some are celebrities who boast that they are where they are because of the works of the Prophet who is the founder of this largest church in Africa, Isaiah “Mqaliwendlela” Shembe.

The Nazarenes can split into factions, as there is one in Buhleni led by King Mduduzi “UnyazilweZulu” Shembe, one in Ginyejinye led by King Sizwe “Mudliwamafa” Shembe, one in Kuphakameni led by King Vukile “Incoyincoyi” Shembe, one in Thembezinhle led by King Phinda “Ukukhanya Kwelanga” Shembe and one in Gauteng led by King Phakama Shembe but all these parties adhere to the principles of the founder of the church, the Pioneer of the Way.

Celebrities who believe in this church include rapper and Afro Soul singer, Jabulani “Sjava” Hadebe. Apart from singing, Sjava is also an actor who became famous playing on Zone 14. Sjava has won a number of awards in this country and abroad at the BET Awards in America.

Many will remember the famous actor inDelivered and evenIt’s an agreementCynthia Shange (77), who is Nonhle Thema’s mother. She became the first black actress from this country to participate in the Miss World contest in 1972, representing South Africa. Cynthia also acted for nearly 20 years as Thandaza’s mother (a role played by Sindi Dlathu).

The late theater producer, Mbongeni Ngema, followed the Nazarene ministry which he used to say he was born after his parents asked him to. Madlokovu made a name for himself by coordinating theSarafina is-The Zulu. Many actors such as Somizi, Leleti Khumalo, Dumisani Dlamini, Sindi Dlathu, Wendy Mseleku and others, passed through the hands of this hero from Nhlwathi, Hlabisa.

Khozi FM broadcaster Zimiphi “Zimdollar” Biyela is one of the Nazarenes who cannot miss the church’s celebrations. Zimdollar has acted in many such playsDurban GeneHostel noZalo.

Ngizwe “Zulu Charmer” Mchunu, also believes in this Nazarene religion because he was asked there. This celebrity, who is now known as the band leader, started to make a name for himself by acting in theatres, broadcasting in Eagle and presenting a traditional music program on SABC 1, iRoots.

Mike Mvelase who was Captain inGenerations he is waking up with this Shembe church. Another celebrity who recently revealed that she is a daughter of Kuphakameni and serves in this church is Dawn Thandeka King, who is most famous as MaNgcobo inZalo.

Years ago Siyabonga Twala, who was Mpiyake Zungu inWe are goinghe did not miss the ceremonies of this church before he was born again and turned to Christians.

The former king of reggae in this country, Lucky Dube, was famous all over the world but he could not forget that he is from Nazareth so much so that he even composed a song praising the contributions of this church, titled Shembe Is The Way.

Thembeka Cele, a program producer in Khozi, is one of the celebrities raised in Nazareth.

The founder and organizer of Mpucuzeko Maskandi Festival and National Anthem, Xolani Mcineka, is also from Nazareth. Former Gagasi FM presenter and actorShalloh, Kini Shandu, worships at Shembe. A former star in the music of the mask, Mqumeni “Idlamanzi” Khumalo, worshiped at Shembe and even composed a song In the ministry. Mgqumeni made a name for himself by inventing tunes that are still popular today and are the ones that have been warmed by many musicians.

The President of the Nkatha Freedom Party, Mr. Velenkosini Hlabisa, is from Nazareth and the former Deputy President of the Judges in KZN, Mbambaleseni Madondo.

Former Magistrate Mthembeni Phineas Mpanza and Khozi FM Manager, Bonga Mpanza, are from Nazareth.

So if you worship at Shembe don’t be ashamed, tell yourself that you are lost. He has a number of important people who are Nazarenes.
