A female police officer who says she is being harassed by her supervisor WANTS justice. This police officer, who asked that his name be withheld, said that he is now tired of this life. She stated that since 2013 she has been harassed by her manager who does not know what it is about.

She even filed a case as her boss punched her in the middle of work.

“I don’t know what to say about this but it hurts me a lot. This person clearly sees a little child in me. Ever since I was born to my father and mother, I have never been abused like this,” she said.

She complains that she has endured this for a long time. What worries her is that she is in the dark about the core of her abuse by the manager.

“It would be better if I knew who we are now I’m very bored,” explained the policeman.

She said that the problem started when she broke down and was late for work.

“There was a point where he beat me and told me that I must know that I am not a man. He said that I am a policeman and that I am wearing pants does not make me think that I am a man,” explained the policeman crying.

That day, he saw that she was not quiet, and asked him to go out the door and finish.

He said all this happened while his colleagues were watching, but they did nothing because they knew the boss would fire them because he is a dictator. It also stated that it does not like to disclose the name of the channel at this time in the paper.

“That person does whatever, no matter what, no one knows him. If he is in front of you, you are shocked, that father is cruel,” it said.

She said she believes that there is help she will get if she goes public about this issue.

He stated that another case was opened in 2013, but he does not know what happened and it was opened again last year.

“I don’t know if these charges are valid, but I suspect I’m just playing with time,” she explained.

Now she has stopped working because she is sick due to bad treatment at work. She also mentioned that she even thought about suicide because of the difficulties she is facing. She revealed that she had asked to be transferred to another station, but it was her and her manager who said nothing at Luthela, we are sitting here with you.

KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Paul Magwaza, confirmed the opening of a case regarding this matter. He said it is being investigated.
