AFTER five years, RnB singer, Loyiso Bala, who is the manager of the Eastern Cape’s biggest channels, Umhlobo Wenene and TruFM, has finally broken the cord.
The end of collaboration between Loyiso and the radio stations was revealed by the singer on social media. He did not explain the reason for his departure from these radio stations.
The head of communications at SABC, Mmoni Ngubane, has confirmed the separation between Loyiso and the country’s broadcasting organization. Mmoni said the reason was the end of the cooperation agreement. In other words Mmoni means that their agreement has not been renewed.
“The SABC thanks Mr Bala for his work and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.”
Mmoni said that Loyiso’s place has been taken by Mandla Mbusi at Mhlobo Wenene and TruFM as the search for a new manager of these stations is ongoing. It is a country found that Mbusi has experience in radio management as he was the manager of SABC stations in the Free State and Northern Cape.
Loyiso was very grateful for the opportunity given to him in this radio station and praised the cooperation that existed among the workers under him. He was quoted as saying that for now he will focus on music as he released a song earlier this year Thinking about you note That RnB.
