Matlala trial not in jeopardy – NPA

The National Prosecuting Authority says it is continuing its corruption case against 17 accused in the controversial Medicare 24 Tshwane tender, despite the fact that Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala has decided to abandon his plea and sentence agreement.
