AS it is the month of celebration of men, the comedian from Pietermaritzburg, Justice Kubheka, is warning married people not to kill or kill themselves if their marriages break down. Justice spoke like this after divorcing his wife, Zama.
“No matter how much you love your wife and how much you have worked hard for her, but until you help her, don’t kill her or kill yourself if you break up. Accept the situation, go to counselors, talk to people you can trust to help yourself.”
Among the female celebrities who were killed by their lovers are Muvhango actress Lindiwe “Doobsie” Chibi, fashion model Reeva Steenkamp who was killed by runner Oscar Pistorius, Karabo Mokoena who was killed by Sandile Mantsoe and Frances Rasuge who was killed by William Nkuna. Justice said that although it hurt him to separate from his wife, he decided to accept the situation. He said he even organized the comedy event Divorce Is Not My End: Fundraising Funds Comedy Show at the Voortrekker Museum in Pietermaritzburg on July 11.
He said in this event he will be assisted by Detective Nyawo wo Zalo, Siyamthanda “Makathangithini” Myeza, Simunye Churchboy, Tsoro, Amawele Ase Chesterville, TK Zuma, Pro Ndlovu, Ndlebe and poets Siyabonga Mpungose and Gubhela.
Explaining the breakdown of his marriage, Justice said that it has been a year since he and his ex-wife have been together. Justice said he loved his wife so much that he was always silent at the event like Justice who is Zama’s husband. He said that one of the main objectives of this event is to collect R50 000 to protect his house from being foreclosed on as it caused the cliff to be foreclosed on. He urged people to come in large numbers to support him in this event.
