A KNOWN person who does not look down on people who serve humanity, Nkosikhona Ndabandaba, known as Phakel’umthakathi, has revealed that he did it deliberately to insult the news of the case against him.

Phakel’umthakathi says this while talking toOf this country with a text on his Facebook page yesterday, where he revealed that today he will appear in KwaNongoma Court for a case filed by an immigrant, that he should not come near him.

He said that he has been aware of this matter for three weeks now as he was informed about it in the middle of last month, when the people from the restaurant came to him to inform him that there is a certain person who is an immigrant in this country, who opened this case against him.

“However, what confused me the most was why the police did not come and take that person to me so that I could see who he was, and it also confused me why they ended up explaining to me who that person was because in a case like this, it usually happens that way,” he said.

He said, however, that he will go to court to find out for himself what case he has been charged with, and who brought it against him.

“But I also assure you that there will be no violence that will interfere with the operation of the law and I urge other people to be careful not to take things rashly because we do not want violence in my name,” urged Phakel’umthakathi.

This is not the first time that Phakel’umthakathi has been in the news as he has been in the headlines for the past few weeks, as he and the former Khozi FM broadcaster, Ngizwe Mchunu, were part of a protest by a non-profit organization, March and March, in Gompo, Eastern Cape, to overturn the actions of a group of Nigerians, who live in this town, who just installed Mr. Solomona Ogbonna Eziko, to be their king in this area.
