A white vehicle was pulled from the Crocodile River in Mpumalanga on Sunday.
Lt. Col. Jabu Ndubane, spokesperson for the police, says officers were informed at around 04:00 that a vehicle had ended up in the river.
“The vehicle came in the direction of the University of Mpumalanga and KaMagugu intersection.”
The police’s search and rescue team arrived at the scene and were able to locate the vehicle, with two bodies trapped inside.
The vehicle has already been pulled out of the water.
