A WOMAN who has made a name for herself by appearing to travel to different countries in the world, socializing with strangers and sleeping in their homes, Popi Sibiya, has revealed that she has done things she is not usually seen doing since she was part of the show, theThe Masked Singer.
Popi was eliminated from this program on Saturday, after receiving small votes as he was hidden, known as Pap and Wors in this program.
Speaking about the decision to travel to other countries to shoot his fans the things he meets, he said he knows very well how much he is putting his life in danger but everything he does is for love.
“I chose to do this kind of life because I want to do something different, I know very well that what I do puts my life at risk. But what I can say is that if I go to the country I have chosen at that time, I decide to go there because I want to meet ordinary members of the community and tell them about what I do and make it easier for me to continue my work,” said Popi.
He said that going to communities of people who do not live a high life made it easy for him to shoot what people want to see.
“If I were to go to my brother’s places, my dream of doing what I am showing on social media has still not come true, but going to people in ordinary communities has helped me a lot. Going to many African countries is what has given me problems as I have encountered bad conditions when it comes to where I sleep, the roads are not in a good condition which made me have a long time,” he said.
In this program he has been in he said he did not see himself as a part of it but when the opportunity came he took it both ways.
He expressed that he was disappointed that he left so early as there was a lot he wanted to reveal about the things he did when he left.
And the songs he was going to sing, he said he had planned them well but all that has disappeared.
