The pastor of Mzimkhulu Faith Center church is in a state of turmoil after he was accused by believers of stealing R200 000.

The source revealed that the church has forced its leader, Reverend Zakhele Shezi (48) not to associate with it again due to allegations that large sums of money have disappeared from the church’s bank.

It is a country it found out from its source inside the church that things are messed up in the church due to the disappearance of money that is not understood as to how it came out of the bag.

The members of the church were furious and accused the leader of the church, Shezi, of indulging in the church’s money.

The secretary of the church, Mr. Zwelibanzi Nxumalo, said It is a country that they decided to impeach Shezi because he showed no respect for the church at all.

“We are very tired of the way he acted, he showed that he doesn’t care about the church and how much he doesn’t respect us. You can’t tell me that one person can just eat so much of the church’s money without contacting it first,” he said.

He went on to say that after the intestine was perforated, he had to go and buy the first materials to build the church building.

He said this should have happened last week but Shezi first reported the situation and reported the situation. “We immediately suspected that something was wrong when he told us that he was busy asking for church items to be bought the following week,” he explained.

He went on to say that when the week came, he started from scratch and Shezi said to postpone the purchase of building materials.

”That’s when we failed and simply told him to please give us the bank card that saved the church’s money. He gave us but his face looked like someone who was scared,” he said.

He went on to say that one of the members of the church said that they should go to the bank and take out a small amount of money and see if it is there because he said that he does not trust Shezi because of the way he seems to be scared.

“That helped us because we were about to be embarrassed when we took a lot of goods from the store. When we tried to withdraw the money, it didn’t come out. Then we checked how much it was and found out that it was only R180,” he explained.

Nxumalo said that when they called Shezi on the phone, he burst into tears and apologized, saying that there was an emergency he had to deal with in his family and he promised to pay the church’s money in June.

“The council of the church met and agreed that he should be fired, he should not pay the same amount,” he explained.

When contacted, Shezi, who spoke softly, admitted that he is still in the church because of the church’s temporary problems.

He admitted that there are allegations of money against him but said that he does not like to talk about this issue in the newspaper.

“First of all, you don’t even tell me where you got my number from,” she said.

He said that these are temporary problems that have engulfed them like in other churches, but this will pass soon.

He threatened to submit this paper to the lawyers if he ever published this issue. Mr Msawakhe Msomi, who is on the church committee, said that he does not like to talk about this matter and said that all he can say is that Shezi has disappointed them when they trusted and respected him.
