BALLITO Pro, the season’s hottest winter festival, will hit the shores of KwaDukuza from this weekend. Willard Beach will once again host the 57th edition of the world’s largest surfing event and largest beach festival in the country!

From 4-18 July 2026 festival goers will have the opportunity to experience a range of activities, watch the world’s best surfers perform and see for themselves why KwaDukuza is a world-class surfing and holiday destination. There will be something for everyone from water and beach games, food stalls, bakeries and more, for the dance lovers there are the best DJs and much more!

To avoid crowding, the organizers of Ballito Pro spread the celebration well in different areas in Dukuza.

Sports Events: Youth football (U15) and development games, Ballito Pro Event Finals (16 July) Surf & Turf Pros Tag Team: Athletes, soccer and rugby players will share the field in different sports (16 July at Willard Beach). Areas where the FIFA World Cup KwaDukuza matches will be broadcast live, quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals (4 to 18 July KwaDukuza Fan Zone). Ballito Skate Comp presented by O’Neill & Red Bull: Top national skaters and local groms (11 July at Ballito Bowl). Red Bull BMX Activations, Bike Shows and Other Air Sports (July 16 to 18 at Willard Beach)

For nature lovers: Conservand’s beach cleanup campaigns (4th to 18th July at Willard Beach Lifesaving Hut & Activation Zones). WESSA Blue Flag & Green Coast environmental awareness campaigns: including beach protection ‘Stop the Strangle’ (Willard Beach and surrounding areas). Lembe Surf Development Fundraiser: Supports local surf development programs (14 July at Coco De Mer Boutique Hotel). Advantages of shore excursion programs; Love North Coast & UIP Activation showcases KwaDukuza and Lembe region (4 to 18 July, Willard Beach and regional tourism routes)

Music and dancing: Ballito Pro Music Concerts presented by Corona: free music concerts featuring Piano and afro tech on the first day and contemporary rock, pop and EDM on the second day (16 and 17 July at Salt Rock Main Beach). Corona Sunset Sessions, sunset events featuring various DJs at the beach mall (July 5, 10, 12, 15 and 18, Willard Beach). Self-confident DJ competition (KwaDukuza Town Hall on 10 July). The fun will continue in local hotels and nightclubs (Conchilla, La Montagne and Fiamma Grill)
