SABC1 says there is no compromise and that is why it is making changes to its popular programmes, iGenerations: The Legacy noZalo.
The channel has confirmed that these programs will now alternate in their primetime from Monday.
This means that Ancestry It’s almost 8pm, then iGenerations airs at its usual time of 8.30pm on weekdays.
It’s been yearsGenerations enters at 8 p.m., and is followed by wuZalo which started in 2015.
The head of SABC 1, Ofentse Thinane, said that both programs are where they belong, which is an important time for the station.
“From July 27, they will change locations. Viewers will continue to enjoy these shows in sequence. IGenerations: The Legacy it does not come out of the important time. It shuts us down,” said Thinane.
Important times on the SABC start at 7.30pm as it will play iSkeem Togetherfollowed Ancestry 8 pm and thenGenerations: The Legacy.
These programs will be gaining viewers on e.tv which isGagasini: Waves of Change ngo-7.30, iFour of Us at 8 and thenSitha: The Enemy ngo-8.30.
