Can AI Replace Mother?: Today AI has learned skills ranging from taking care of children to saving the memories of lost loved ones. This technology can imitate the mother’s voice and appearance, but it cannot be a substitute for that motherly touch and selfless sacrifice. Ultimately, machines are just a game of data and software, which can never provide the comfort of a mother’s struggle and wrinkled hands.
Today, AI has started handling small tasks like a mother and is saving the memories of lost loved ones to such an extent that it becomes difficult to differentiate between real and fake. However, at present no code has been able to replicate mother’s love and it may never be able to provide relief to wrinkled hands.
Will AI be able to replace I (Mother)?
Nowadays, there are smart cameras and apps that can recognize the baby’s smile or the subtle sound of his cry and explain its meaning in depth. Today AI is even able to tell when the child is hungry or when he needs to be heard a lullaby. Many AI equipped robots are being trained to tell stories to children and play with them and even AI is now trying to copy the taste of food cooked by mother.
However, there is a fine line where AI loses. In fact, AI can read the child’s needs as data, but cannot feel them with the feeling that only a mother can do. The machine can repeat the words of the lullaby, but where will it get that heartbeat, on which the child rests his head and becomes free from the fear of the whole world? There is a form of this AI technology, which feels like a balm. In fact, many companies today are using AI to keep the memories of people who have left us fresh.
Be it cleaning old blurry photos or talking to your mother by making an exact copy of her voice, AI is able to create a digital shadow of your lost loved ones.
This is a great help for those who miss their mother. This technology makes us feel close to our loved ones even after they are gone, but it is nothing more than an illusion. AI can imitate a mother’s laughter, but it cannot compensate for the lack of spiritual warmth that is felt close to the mother’s chest.
AI created avatars can save the image of the mother from getting blurred before the eyes but it cannot be a substitute for the rough and loving touch of wrinkled hands which used to absorb every pain without saying a word.
