The family of Jayden Adams released details of the funeral plan before the farewell service for the famous Bafana Bafana player.

In a statement issued before the funeral, the Adams family said that due to the great interest in the funeral and the size of the event, a meeting was held with all parties involved, including the police, the owner of the property and traffic control agencies.

“In order to protect all those who will attend and to ensure that we say goodbye to our beloved Jayden in a dignified way, a joint decision has been made that: “a) Only the family will be allowed to see the body before the service;

“b) Only the family will be allowed to attend the cemetery.

“These decisions were not taken lightly, as we know that you all wanted to join us at all times, but we are sure that you understand and respect them due to the number of people expected at the funeral.”

However, the family confirmed that the big service, starting at 10:30 in the morning, will be attended by all people, and those who have a special belt that will bring them inside. The public can watch the live broadcast of the funeral on designated platforms.
