It is reported that Brown Mogotsi left the commission on Friday afternoon.

It is said that he will appear at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday. Mogotsi was arrested by a SAPS police team while driving from Pretoria to Johannesburg – about 45 minutes after he left the commission, and spent about four hours being interrogated.

During his testimony, Mogotsi kept repeating that he did not want to “incriminate himself” when he was pressed by the leader of the evidence and the commissioners about many important things. The police have confirmed that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of J50 for breaking the law.

According to the police, this case stems from the case of trying to kill Mogotsi in Vosloorus last November. Investigators say the shooting was deliberately staged to create the impression that Mogotsi was targeted.
