HE HAS A DESIRE to go far with the type of traditional music that Sanele Mngadi from Mkhambathini has introduced these days.

Sanele, known in the music industry as Melusi, makes Afrofol music.

Speaking toOf this country he said he recently released his album The star.

He said that his music is traditional as it is exactly the same as that of the artists he wishes to work with including Mbuso Khoza, Sjava and others.

“The music I make is traditional and full of different instruments. I entered the music scene when I was a child but I sing in the church and in different groups in the community of Mlaza where I grew up. Growing up in the township made me have a deep knowledge of music until I became independent. Singing with different groups that make music without instruments known as Acapella also helped me as my journey eventually led me to Johannesburg where I met another guy who makes music like me, Skhumbuzo Thabethe, who took me under his arm and I worked,” said Sanele.

He said he was happy to release his first album with 11 songs which was released on June 5.

“I want to go far with my music, I ask people to look at the kind of music I make because it is something different and I mean the songs on this album are songs that build and restore hope. I have a lot of illnesses as I want to grow in this job I am doing and work with others who are older because the way is asked of the leaders,” said Sanele.

He said that he is not only a singer but also works with other singers who have produced their songs as an experienced producer.

Right now he said he is releasing this album, there are many songs he had written and he chose to release the ones that are out now.

Although he said he may release another album this year, he will choose to bring this one to the public and release other songs gradually at the end of this year or next year.
