The grieving family of Owami Visagie is searching for answers after the 17-year-old was brutally murdered, allegedly by a close cousin, this week.

The Grade 11 pupil from Chipa-Tabane Secondary School in Cullinan, outside Pretoria, had dreams of going to university, but her life was cut short.

Her body was found on Monday.
