Consumers are urged to return Citro-Soda to stores

The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) has announced that certain batches of Citro-Soda Regular (60g, 120g, and 4g sachets) should be recalled due to the presence of unsafe ingredients that could cause harm. attended by foreign material from the conveyor belt at the Adcock Ingram Clayville facility

This recall is part of SAHPRA’s commitment to ensuring the safety, quality, and effectiveness of health products available to the public.

“If you have purchased these products, please check your package and follow the guidance provided by SAHPRA’s official communication channels,” the director said in a statement.

The recalled products were manufactured at the Adcock Ingram facility in Clayville.

Consumers should immediately check these products –

  • I-Citro-Soda evamile 60 g
  • I-Citro-Soda evamile 120 g
  • I-Citro-Soda Evamile 4 g x 30 sachets

When testing products, look for these numbers and the expiration date of your product.
