The defendant in the murder case of Delta Park High School teacher, Kirsten Kluyts, on Tuesday presented his evidence before the Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg.
Bafana Mahungela (23) presented his testimony, explaining his side of what happened on the day of the incident.
The case was adjourned to Wednesday, when the State is expected to begin cross-examining him. Mahungela is facing charges of kidnapping, aggravated robbery, murder and attempted rape of Kluyts. The offenses are alleged to have taken place in Sandton on 29 October 2023.
