Shocking allegations have emerged that a woman from Sigisi, Ngwelezane, who was recently killed with her son was brutally killed with a fist.

This comes after the family of the deceased found the beads that were said to have decorated the fist behind the fridge at the weekend, as they were hidden on Saturday.

Mrs Thuli Khumalo and her son, Mbuso Khumalo, were said to have been stabbed to death by a “thug” who attacked their home last Thursday.

According to the source, it emerged during the funeral preparations that the knife, which is said to have been used by Mrs Khumalo during her funeral last year, was not seen.

“Relatives are said to have finally broken into Mrs Khumalo’s wedding box, following that a close relative of the deceased, concluded that it should be opened,” said the source.

He went on to say that the relatives finally forced it to be broken into and that’s when it was seen that the knife was missing.

“It is said that a relative said that when we were asked where the knife was, he said that he saw that it was taken by a criminal,” said the source.

He also revealed that when the house was searched, the beads that adorned the knife were found and thrown behind the fridge.

Last week It is a country reported the matter that the relatives of the dead are blowing their noses at the “thug” who is said to have raided the house, injuring the dead.

They complained that a relative who lived with the dead said different things about the incident. On the other hand, it is said that this relative told the family that the criminal had attacked and was there. However, it is said that when the police arrived, the damage had already been done, the thief came out and ran away, and we saw him.

The relatives also stated that one of the things that make them angry is that there are allegations of abuse of other family members that they know about, but Mrs. Khumalo has never said anything about them.

Relative of the dead, It is a country who spoke to us the other day, we asked not to comment because they are afraid.

“The family wanted this information to be kept secret. We don’t know how it got out,” said the relative.

The family member went on to say that what makes the family knee-deep in water is that no one has been arrested yet.

“It would be better if (the suspect) has been caught, while he is still inside,” he said.

The KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson, Lt Col Paul Magwaza, while confirming the incident said that the Mpangeni police are investigating two cases of murder and burglary following the incident that happened in Ngwelezane on April 16.

“It is reported that the father found the body of his son and his wife in different rooms, with stab wounds on the body. He told the police that when he entered the house, an unknown man came out carrying a backpack, and when he dug into the fence, the laptop fell out of it,” said Magwaza.

No one has been arrested in connection with the incident.
