Mzansi ambassadors have been informed of the arrest of the country’s coach, Rulani Mokwena, who mourned him on Sunday in Algeria.

Mokwena broke away from the Algerian team. MC Alger at the weekend, news spread that he has been hired by Al Ittihad of Libya played by Thembinkosi Lorch who he coached in Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and Wydad Casablanca.

It turns out that Mokoena was arrested at the Algerian airport, Houari Boumediene Airport, following a violation of the law that governs its money. It is said that he was trying to take it out of the country.

The news agency, SABC, reported that Mokwena is receiving help from South African representatives in Algeria. This 39-year-old coach, who left Alger last weekend after eight months of coaching, is reported to be in terms of the money he will receive from Ittihad, he will be counted among the top coaches in Africa.

Mokwena left Alger at the top of the log, but the exclusion from the Caf Champions League seems to have caused a problem for the club’s management.
