The police went on a manhunt for the suspects following the shooting incident that took place in Jumpers slums, Cleveland, which claimed the lives of 12 people and left many injured on Tuesday night.
According to the police, the police responded to reports of a shooting incident that occurred around 11:10 p.m. on June 9, 2026. When they arrived, the police found several victims with gunshot wounds.
Emergency services were called to the scene to help the injured. The initial investigation reveals that 12 people died in this incident. Eight elderly men and three elderly women were pronounced dead at the scene, while one victim later died at the hospital. At least nine other victims were transported to different medical facilities for treatment.
It is said that more than 10 suspects were dropped off by a white Toyota Quantum taxi near a petrol station in Cleveland. The suspects are said to have entered the slums from both sides of the entrance, opened fire on the residents and members of the community in many areas before fleeing in the taxi they came in.
