He said that this time his return and appearance will cause problems in the life of his sister Ayanda Gumede, who is portrayed by television presenter Pearl Modiadie.

“It was as if I was entering a place that already existed because Mondli was often talked about in the game but he did not appear himself. Now I am challenged to make sure that what was said about him is reflected in actions when I appear many times as the game continues,” he said.

Continuing, he said that although the challenges of conflicting opinions between him and his sister will stimulate the game, they will also highlight a lot about the social relations of families and how the differences in families affect their daily lives.

He said: “What I enjoyed most about the growth of this role I am acting in is that it is very different from what I am used to acting, and I also enjoyed working close to Father Nimrod Nkosi, who is my father in terms of acting – because he is one of the older actors, and whom I respect and grew up being inspired by their good works.”
