FOCUSING more on community development and increasing stable job opportunities is one of the factors that led the company, G Force Employment Solutions to be on the list of companies that perform well and are the best in the competition for the Nedbank Oliver Top Empowerment 2026 awards.

The founder of this company, Dr. Graham Sabela, said that they were impressed by the appearance of their name on the list of potential beneficiaries.

He said they are very dedicated to sharpening the skills of young people who have just graduated and also help them get hired easily.

He said they also help young people to better understand how to write a job application letter and history-introduction, complete a CV, prepare for an interview and develop yourself.

This appointment, he said, clearly shows the dedication they have to the work they do.

“Everything we do is about the development of our young people because we want to see them progress with everything they do,” he said.

He said they strongly believe in job creation, community development and bringing solutions that make a visible difference in people’s lives.

He said that their appointment will cause them to continue working with great determination, and he said that they are looking forward to attending the big event that will be held at the Sandton Convention Center on June 18.

This company recently won the Best of Durban Readers Choice Awards in the category of Best Employment Agency.

Sabela recently won the Influential Men of the Year award at the Influential Awards event held in Mhlanga last month.

IG Force recently contributed to ensuring that the employees of the Durban company Steinweg Bridge were not laid off.

Previously, he used to be heard on Khozi FM on Zimiphi Biyela and King Sfiso’s show, where he presented job opportunities that listeners could not apply for.
