Ajibot’s humanoid robots took over the tablet manufacturing company’s work for 6 days and it was live streamed across the world. The robots created a record by working continuously for 64 hours with 99.99% accuracy. 8 robots worked on the live stream, making 17,625 tablets in 6 days.

Chinese robots put humans to rest
Chinese robotics company Ajibot has created history. In fact, humanoid robots of this company were shown live working on a live production line making and testing tablets in a factory. The special thing was that this went on for 6 days in front of the whole world through live stream. During this period, 8 robots worked non-stop just like humans would do in a factory. However, the difference was that these robots kept working continuously without getting tired unlike humans.

Work done with success rate of 99.99%

Live streaming for 6 days took place from Longcheer Technology’s factory in Nanchang. According to reports, these robots worked continuously for more than 64 hours without stopping in the factory.

These robots produced a total of 17,625 tablets in 6 days of live streaming. What was even more interesting was that the success rate of the robots i.e. the rate of doing the work correctly was 99.99%. This means that the robots made very few mistakes.

What tasks did robots do?

  • The robots employed at the factory were G2 humanoid models from Azibot.
  • These robots worked shoulder to shoulder with humans for 6 days. Talking about the work, these robots did the work of checking the ballot i.e. inspection, separating the bad pieces i.e. defect sorting and taking the goods from one place to another i.e. material transport.
  • In this way, these robots completed a total of 64,828 tasks in 6 days.

  • The performance of these robots was praised because for 6 days the robots worked not in a lab but in the real world.
  • Along with this, these robots kept adapting themselves as per the need from time to time.
  • According to reports (REF.), the company says that they wanted to show the world what level of preparation and transparency is required to work with the AI ​​present in the bodies of robots in a real industrial environment.

Robots ready to handle work in factories

  • After the successful demonstration of robots in live streaming, this company has announced that their 15,000th robot is ready and has handed it over to partner company Longcheer.
  • The special thing is that whereas earlier it used to take a year to make 1 to 5 thousand robots, now 5 to 10 thousand robots can be made in three months.
  • This event comes a few months after Figure AI company’s live-stream in which their Figure 03 robots processed nearly 2.5 lakh packages without any glitches.
