1/2 cup of boiled potatoes 50g of paneer grated 50g of cheese grated 1 green chilli 1/2 onion (chopped) 1 tbsp of coriander leaves 1 tsp of chilli flakes Salt as per taste large chillies

Cut the chillies into slits and de-seed them.

Add paneer, cheese, boiled potatoes and chopped onions into a bowl and mix well.

Add coriander leaves, chilli flakes, chopped green chillies, salt and mix the filling well.

Stuff this filling into the slit green chillies. Make sure you spread the filling evenly.

Place the stuffed green chillies into a pan with oil and roast them till they brown. Your Stuffed Chilli Bajji is ready!
