Chef Guntas Sethi shared an easy-peasy recipe for Stuffed Litchi Rose Sandesh, and you can bring it together in no time.
100gm malai paneer 1 tbsp rose syrup 1 tsp elaichi powder 1 tbsp icing sugar chopped pistachios silver vark (optional)
1. De-seed the litchi, and make sure to keep one side intact.
2. Mash the paneer & add the rose syrup, elaichi powder, and icing sugar to it.
3. Mix everything well, and make sure there are no lumps.
4. Now, fill the stuffing in the de-seeded litchi.
5. Dunk it in some chopped pistachio. 6. Rest in the fridge for some time.
And that’s it, your Stuffed Litchi Rose Sandesh is ready to be served and enjoyed. You can garnish it with some silver vark as well.
