1/2 cup of Curd 2 cups of Water 1/2 tsp of Roasted Jeera powder 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder Some Pink salt / kala namak 1 tsp of Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp of Dried pudina powder 1/4 cup of Boondi For Tadka - 2 tsp of Mustard Oil A Pinch of hing 1/2 tsp of Jeera

Ad a water to a bowl of curd.

Then, add all the spice powders in it.

Next, add boondi into this and mix well.

Make the tempering with mustard oil, cumin seeds and hing.
