Chura Matar is a type of poha made in Bihar which has green peas in it. Shivangi Dubey shared a traditional recipe.

- 2 tbsp mustard oil - peanuts -dry red chillies - poha -onions -green chillies -ginger -peas -salt -chaat masala -coriander leaves -roasted chura -curry leaves

First, heat mustard oil in a pan, fry peanuts and keep it aside.

In the same oil, add poha, dry red chillies, curry leaves and keep stirring. Then, add peanuts and salt and switch off the flame.

Take another kadhai, add mustard oil then add green chillies, chopped onions and grated ginger, fry them well for 2 minutes. Then, add green peas, cover and cook.

Once the peas is tender and ther onions have caramelised, you can add salt and chaat masala and cook it.

Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and roasted chura.
