-2 cups of Maize flour -1/4 Cup of Green peas -1 Cup of Spinach (chopped) -1 tsp of carom seeds -1 Tsp of Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp of turmeric powder -1/4 tsp of baking soda -4 tbsp of oil -Salt as per taste

Add maize flour, green peas, carrom seeds, chopped spinach into a bowl and mix well.

Then, ad the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, baking soda, salt and oil and mix well to make the dough.

Make small balls out of the dough with a hole in the middle.

Grease the idli steamer and add the dough balls and let it steam for 20 minutes.

Take the Makki Ke Dhokle out of the steamer, top them with sesame oil and enjoy!
