Chef Kunal Kapur shared an awesome recipe for Multigrain Dosa that you can make from basic ingredients available at home.

2 tbsp jowar ¼ cup chana dal 2 tbsp urad dal (skinless) ½ cup moong dal (skinless) 1 tsp methi dana 1 cup rice Salt Turmeric powder 1 tsp sugar Ghee

1. Mix all the grains and rice and wash them thoroughly. 2. Soak Overnight.
3. Grind them, without water, first. 4. Then, add a little water & grind again. 5. Repeat till you get a thick batter.
6. Add salt, turmeric powder, and a little sugar to the batter and mix well.
7. Now, add the batter to a pan and spread evenly. 8. Apply ghee as required and cook well.
And that’s it! Your Multigrain Dosa is ready to be served and enjoyed!
