If you desire a spicy dish that goes great with dosa, roti or rice, then make Karnataka-style Spicy Egg Chops!

3 cloves 2 cardamom 1 cinnamon 5-6 garlic cloves 6-7 green chillies 1 inch of ginger 1 medium sized onion (roughly chopped) 1 cup of coriander leaves 1 cup of spinach leaves Oil 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder 1/2 tsp of garam masala 1 tbsp of salt Kasuri methi Boiled eggs

First, heat some oil in a pan and add the dry spices. Then, add the garlic pods, ginger and green chillies and fry them well.

To this mixture, add a cup of roughly chopped onion.

Once the ingredients are cooked, add the coriander and spinach leaves to add a natural green colour to the gravy.

Once all the ingredients and cooked and combined, grind them all into a fine paste with the spice powders.

Pour the freshly made paste into a pan with kasuri methi and water. Once it comes to a boil, add the boiled eggs. Your Karnataka-style Spicy Egg Chops are ready!
