Bhumi Pednekar took to Instagram to share a festive-special cake recipe recently and if you’re still not over Christmas, then try it out ASAP!

Soak For 24 Hours 

25g Black raisins 25g Brown raisins 25g Green raisins 35g Walnuts Orange juice 

Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free flour ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp clove ¼ tsp nutmeg ½ tsp ginger ½ tsp baking powder ⅛ tsp baking soda 100g butter 75g Orange juice 1 tbsp brown sugar 50 ml coconut oil 50g Molasses ½ cup condensed milk ½  lemon zest ¼ orange zest

Mix Dry ingredients

1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl and give it a good mix. 

For Wet Ingredients

2. Add some butter to a pan & let it melt. 3. Then add some coconut oil, juice, sugar, molasses, and condensed milk. 4. Cook for a few minutes and take it off the heat. 

Fold It All In

5. Now, mix all the dry and wet ingredients with the soaked nuts & fruits. 

For That Festive Taste

6. Add some lemon and orange zest to the batter and mix.

Time To Bake

7. Transfer the batter to a lined baking dish and top with some walnuts. 8. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 150°C.
