-2 ripe banana (mashed) -1 cup of oats -2 tbsp of chocolate peanut butter -1 tsp of vanilla essence -1 tsp of cinnamon powder -1-2 tbsp of chopped almonds -1/4 cup of milk or as per consistency

First, mash two ripe bananas using 4a fork.

Then, add the oats, milk, cinnamon powder, chocolate peanut butter and almonds to it and mix it well.

Once you are done mixing it well, refrigerate this batter for 30 minutes.
