Pahadi tomato chutney is a famous chutney that hails from Uttarakhand and is very easy to make.
You can pair it up with anything like roti or kulcha.
3 tomatoes 1 onion 1/2 garlic bulb Finely chopped coriander leaves
4 green chillies 1/2 lemon Salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1. Grill tomatoes, onion and garlic on a grill. 2. Add chillies too.
3. Now wash them to remove all the burnt skin off. 4. Now add them all into a mixer jar and make a coarse paste.
5. Now pour it into a bowl. 6. Add salt, lemon juice and chilli powder to it.
7. Mix it all. 8. Add chopped coriander leave and give it a nice mix again. 9. Ready to serve!
