-1 tsp of oil -5 to 6 garlic cloves -1 small onion -1 cup of carrots -11/2 cups of cabbage -Salt -3 to 4 cups of water -Black pepper -Red chilli powder

Heat oil in a pan and then add chopped garlic cloves in it. Saute it well.

Once, the garlic emits an aromatic smell, add the chopped onions and saute. Then, add the carrots and cabbage and let the veggies soften.
