210 g of ghee 400 g of plain flour 1 tbsp of cornflour 225 g of icing sugar 1/4 cup of full fat milk or cream 1 tsp of cardamom powder 1 tsp of baking powder 1 tsp of salt Tutti frutti (optional)

First preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Add icing sugar and ghee in a stand mixer and mix them together till the ghee is light and fluffy.

Next, add the flour, baking powder, corn flour, salt, milk and cardamom powder. Mix till it becomes a dough.

Chill this dough in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
Make small balls with dough and top them up with tutti frutti or any nut of your choice.
Bake these for 25 minutes till they become golden brown. Coat them with icing sugar.
