-Milk - 500 ml (2 cups) -Sugar - 3-4 tbsp (for pudding) -Sugar - 4 tbsp (for caramel) -Water - 2 tbsp -Pudding powder - 1/4 cup (about 4 tbsp)

Combine 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Let it simmer without stirring until it turns deep amber color (be careful not to burn). Pour the caramel into a mold or ramekins, tilting them to coat the bottom evenly. Set aside to cool and harden.

In a separate saucepan, whisk a small amount of milk with the pudding powder to make a smooth paste.

Add the remaining milk and sugar to the saucepan with the pudding paste.

Bring the mixture to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens and boils.

Remove the pot from heat and let the pudding mixture cool slightly

Pour the pudding mixture over the set caramel. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.

Run a knife around the edges of the mold before inverting it onto a plate. Gently shake to release the pudding. Enjoy!
