Chef Neha Deepak Shah shared the recipe for Mahalabia, and you don’t need eggs or gelatin to make this dessert.
¾ cup milk ¼ cup fresh cream 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp rose water

1. Take the corn flour and some milk in a bowl and mix well. 2. Add the mixture to the rest of the milk.
3. Next, add some fresh cream to the pan along with sugar.
4. Now, cook the mixture till it thickens
5. Lastly, add rose water and mix well.
6. Pour it immediately into the mould or a dessert bowl 7. Once it cools down, refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
Demould the Mahalabia, garnish with rose petals and chopped pistachios, and enjoy!
