500 g of chicken 2 tbsp of yoghurt (drained) 4-5 tbsp of fresh cream 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes 1 tsp of cumin powder 1 tsp of garam masala powder 1 tsp of onion powder Salt to taste Chili oil (optional) Green chillies to garnish

First, mix all the ingredients with the chicken and cover it with a cling wrap. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Then, heat any cooking oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Let it cook on high flame for 2 minutes first so the water oozes out.

Then, cover the chicken and let it cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes till the chicken is 80% cooked. Then, turn the flame to medium high to get a nice char on the chicken.

Check if the chicken is cooked by inserting a fork.
